The product i'm sharing with you today is the Estée Lauder pure colour crystal gloss which I rediscovered recently when looking through my makeup collection. I purchased this from an Estée Lauder counter at Selfridges & co a while back and I decided to go for the shade 'starlight kiss'. It took me a while to decide on the colour as I knew it would cost me £18, but I decided to go for it as they are a trusted brand.

I have been enjoying this lip gloss ever since i purchased it because the colour is not too vibrant so this means that you can wear it over your favourite lipstick and it won’t severally change the overall colour on your lips. Another advantage I have discovered is that it is a light feeling product and doesn't leave a sticky residue or a greasy texture on your lips after applying which I have discovered unfortunately from other products.

The product comes in a very pretty rectangle tube (which is see through so you can clearly see the product colour) with a classic gold lid. 

I believe this product is good value for money because it is very wearable, versatile and long lasting.

The only disadvantage of this product is that there isn't a lot of content so this product will run out quickly if used on an everyday basis. I would defiantly recommend this product to teenage girls and young women because its a pretty, girly and glossy product.

MAC Pink Plaid Lipstick.

Today i'm going to be reviewing the MAC Lipstick in 'Pink Plaid'.

As this is my first review i wanted to chose a product i have been enjoying and loving!

Whilst in London i came across a small MAC shop, i had been to a MAC counter before but had never been into one of their shops. The first thing i noticed was the professional layout and how everything was organised, i'd never seen anything like it! I found myself drawn to the lipstick section and fell in love with the pink plaid shade, after continuously trying lots of different ones on my hand. I purchased this for £15.00. This was my first ever purchase from MAC as i had always been unsure about their products as they are quite high priced and i never knew if they would be worth the money. I decided to risk it. 

Whilst in a little Mexican restaurant i went into the bathroom to try it on as i had been eager as soon as i had purchased it. The first thing i noticed was the texture of the lipstick it was a soft but firm lip product that went on very easily. The lipstick was part of MAC'S matte lipstick collection so the lipstick had a natural looking effect. The colour is a light pink and on their website is described as a dirty blue-pink matte lipstick. The lipstick is good for casual wear, good to create a natural look and would be perfect for the summer. The only advice i would give when purchasing this lipstick is to apply lip balm before as it can dry out your lips and give a uneven dry look. I was impressed with the packaging as it looked very professional and sophisticated, it is bold and clear and stands out in my makeup collection. The item is small but long lasting and is easily transportable. 

Durability- This product stays on your lips for at least two hours before fading slightly, only needs to be reapplied about three times a day.

Value for money- I would say this product is good value for money as it is a versatile product that can be paired with lots of different colours and outfits.
